HI all, I've just bought a PSR295 (via a well known auction site) and am very pleased with it, Virtually unused as far as I can see. Now, all I need do is learn to use it! So, I am waiting for a rainy day to sit and read the manual etc but in the meantime, thought I'd ask: - Has anyone got a sort of idiots guide to the PSR295 thst they might share with me that would help me program it?
- Do I really need a new aerial (eg Watson 881) or will I manage OK without? - There is no software with the item, but I see that other scanners seem to be programmable via a PC.
